Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Blazer Jobs is seeking licensed Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for multiple school-based positions in Montgomery, Alabama. These full-time roles provide an opportunity to serve students across a range of grade levels and make a direct impact on student communication and academic success.
Position Overview:

Manage caseloads ranging from 5060 students (dependent on experience)

Provide speech and language assessments, therapy, and progress monitoring

Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to create individualized programs

Deliver services directly to students in a supportive school environment
Qualifications:

Active SLP licensure in the state of Alabama

Candidates must be able to work independently (no supervision available for CFs or SLPAs at this time)

Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
